Around 80 citizens of the Zagreb suburb of Resnik came to a public presentation organized by Green Action where they were able to get more information regarding the planned construction of a waste incinerator in Zagreb.
Bitter because they were entirely expelled from this project, gathered citizens proposed concrete actions and demonstrations against the incinerator, especially because Resnik is a place where vegetables for the city markets are grown. Citizens were shouting: "We feed the City - and an incinerator will be contaminating it!"
